This notice explains how RabaBot collects, uses, protects, and retains the information needed to create websites through artificial intelligence and an assisted conversation.

1. Data controller

Jonathan Oliver Morales Piña, who operates RabaBot as an Individual with Business Activity under Mexican law, is responsible for personal data shared to request information, create a project, generate previews, receive support, or purchase related services.

When a user publishes a website for a business, profession, or brand, that user is responsible for the information displayed on the website, including text, images, contact details, legal notices, and content intended for visitors.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect identity and contact information such as name, email address, telephone number, business name, profession, project description, business address, hours, services, links, images, logos, and visual preferences.

We may also record technical information required to operate the service, such as conversation identifiers, project status, preview links, error logs, creation dates, publishing activity, browser, device, IP address, and basic usage events.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and manage projects, generate structured content, select controlled designs, build temporary previews, publish websites, provide support, improve service quality, and communicate relevant platform changes.

We may use aggregated or anonymized data to analyze performance, detect failures, improve conversations, prevent abuse, and optimize the website creation experience.

4. Use of artificial intelligence

RabaBot may process project information with artificial-intelligence services to organize content, draft copy, propose structure, suggest styles, prepare basic SEO, and generate safe visual configurations.

The system works with structured content, controlled layouts, and predefined components to reduce technical risk and maintain consistency.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the project, provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain reasonable operational backups.

Temporary previews may expire, be regenerated, or be removed. Removing a preview does not necessarily delete administrative records, technical backups, or information needed for support and security immediately.

6. Service providers

We may share information with technology providers strictly needed to operate RabaBot, including cloud infrastructure, storage, content delivery, messaging, email, analytics, payments, domain registration, and artificial-intelligence services.

These providers should process the information only to provide services to RabaBot and under reasonable confidentiality, security, and data-protection terms.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, updating, or deletion of your data when legally and technically appropriate. You may also ask how your data is used or request that nonessential communications stop.

Contact RabaBot through its official channels to exercise these rights. We may request additional information to verify identity and protect the security of an account or project.
