Domains and Hosting

This document explains temporary previews, custom domains, publication, managed hosting, and user responsibilities.

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Nature of the service

RabaBot can create temporary previews on RabaBot subdomains and later facilitate publication on either an included RabaBot address or a custom domain selected by the user.

Temporary subdomains are provided for review and approval. They do not replace a final customer domain or guarantee permanent availability.

2. Domain availability

Domain availability depends on external registries, extensions, registrar rules, country requirements, existing trademarks, and real-time availability when purchased.

RabaBot may suggest options, but availability is confirmed only after the domain provider successfully processes registration or transfer.

3. Purchase, renewal, and registrant information

Before a purchase, you must confirm the domain name, price, currency, term, required details, renewal terms, and applicable conditions. Registrant information must be accurate and authorized.

You are responsible for keeping contact information current and following registrar rules. Missing renewal, payment, or verification may lead to suspension, loss, or expiration of a domain.

4. Managed hosting

RabaBot hosting is designed for fast, low-maintenance informational websites. It may include storage, CDN delivery, SSL certificates, file publication, and basic website operation.

Standard hosting is not intended for complex e-commerce, visitor accounts, per-site databases, custom dynamic applications, or arbitrary user code.

5. SSL certificates and DNS

Publishing on a custom domain may require DNS settings, SSL certificates, domain validation, and CNAME, A, TXT, or other records required by infrastructure providers.

DNS propagation times vary. Changes may take minutes or hours to appear depending on the provider, region, and intermediate caches.

6. Migration, cancellation, and portability

You may request information about moving a domain or canceling hosting, subject to outstanding balances, contracted periods, registrar rules, and applicable technical conditions.

When technically possible, RabaBot may provide static website files or help point a domain to another provider, without guaranteeing compatibility with external platforms.

7. Suspension and published content

RabaBot may suspend publication, hosting, or access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal claims, prohibited content, malware, phishing, spam, or policy violations.

You are responsible for compliance with applicable law, professional regulations, advertising rules, copyright, trademark use, data protection, legal notices, and industry requirements.
